Asher Flowers, Founder, Enjoy Rogue
Asher has 3 years experience in the Food & Drink industry. He’s built Enjoy Rogue from an initial £500 and his mothers kitchen table in S. Wales to outsourcing production and listing with speciality wholesalers and major multiples.
With an initial focus on jams, marmalades and condiments the ambition of Rogue is to become the number 1 brand for at home brunch and develop the representation, inclusion and diversity of black people in the speciality food industry.
Josh Puddle, Founder, MOMO Kombucha
Josh founded MOMO Kombucha with his wife Lisa from their home in South East London with the aim of producing the UK’s best tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve this, MOMO is certified organic, fermented the old-fashioned way in 10L small glass jars and is completely unfiltered. They quickly out grew their home kitchen and now produce from their brewery in London’s New Covent Garden Market. MOMO can be found in Planet Organic, Selfridges and many other amazing independents.
