Now, let’s GET STARTED!
Crystallised are a young and exciting Marketing agency based on the Newcastle Quayside and they’re on the lookout for a new Marketing Assistant.
They’re looking for a hard-working, organised and creative individual to join them in their quest to change the world!
Who are Crystallised?
We are Crystallised. We are a marketing, PR and events agency working with clients who
make a social difference. This includes arts and culture organisations, local authorities,
charities, not-for-profit organisations and heritage, culture and tourism organisations.
By delivering marketing, PR or communications activities, we help our clients create; a profit, brand awareness, social impact, visitor numbers, a sense of place, a brand, some or all of the above.
Who are they looking for?
You are smart, hard-working and curious. You might not have any previous marketing experience, but you may have studied marketing, PR, communications, business management, psychology or event management.
You are detail-oriented, organised and delivery-focussed. We are a busy team, with clients
depending on us to deliver marketing campaigns, social media content, events, press releases, photo-shoots, research, plans or administration support. You need to be onboard immediately, there’s a lot to do.
You are thoughtful, creative and accountable. You take time to be well informed before making decisions but are unafraid to act and to be accountable for your decisions.
You believe in equality, gender parity and equity of power. We won’t stand idly by while injustices are perpetrated across the world; we work on client projects to end rape culture, we fund bursaries for womxn to access opportunities for development that could otherwise be cost prohibitive, we have funded university education for aspiring art critics, creatives and writers, we challenge stigma around mental health, we use our voice, our platforms and our profit to make a social difference. If any of this makes you remotely uncomfortable, then we’re not right for each other.
You believe in the power of culture to change everything.
What will you be doing?
Research, copywriting, social media, metrics reporting, content creation, event administration and PR administration.
